ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3-5 days to process your order, hats can take up to 10 days to make. Please note that most of our products are made to order. Expect an email once your order is ready and has been shipped to let you know your order is on the way!

 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY FOR U.K. ORDERS:

U.K. Next Day Delivery orders placed after 12pm will be shipped out the following business day.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking

information.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 days using Royal Mail, however faster shipping options are available at checkout.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping on most of our products within the U.K. are charged at £5.50, with next day delivery charged at £11.00.

Hats are all shipped via next day delivery and charged at £21.00

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping worldwide.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that whilst most international orders sent using standard Royal Mail Tracked service take roughly 5-7 days, sometimes they can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vera Black Design Ltd is not responsible for these charges, if they are applied they are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original

condition, we DO NOT give refunds but we are happy to exchange items or issue store credit to the value of the original purchase price. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping charges and any subsequent shipping charges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible

at verablack@me.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We

address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory

solution.
